Tina Ivnik

Tina Ivnik, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana. In 2023, she completed her PhD with the dissertation Transformations of the Cultural Landscape of the Natisone Valleys after the Second World War, which received awards from the Slovenian Research Institute (SLORI) and the Centre for Research on Minorities (CERM) at the University of Insubria. In the same year, she was recognised as an Emerging Scholar by the international research network on sustainability. She is currently a researcher on the ERC project DEAGENCY, where she examines the agency of the dead in the lives of individuals in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
