Rossana Ducato

Rossana Ducato is Lecturer in Information Technology Law and Regulation at the School of Law of the University of Aberdeen. She is also research fellow of the Centre de recherche interdisciplinaire Droit Entreprise et Société (CRIDES) at UCLouvain, where she is module leader for the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet course “European IT Law by Design”. She is one of the co-authors of the “Legal Design Manifesto” (2018), and a founding member of AISA, the Italian Association for Open Science.
